With over 15 years of specialized expertise in civil works management, dewatering, and groundwater control, Eng. Yousef Alsehnawi stands as a distinguished leader in controlling site preparation management, geotechnical engineering, and strategic to lead the projects management. Holding a master’s degree in civil engineering, he brings a strong technical foundation and an exceptional capacity for managing diverse, high-performing engineering groups across complex and large-scale developments.
As General Manager of KTS, Eng. Alsehnawi directs the company’s operational strategy, technical performance, and project execution, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the highest international standards of efficiency, safety, and innovation.

Eng. Haifaa Abu Ras serves as KTS’s Lead of Dewatering Engineering, bringing deep technical expertise in groundwater control and site dewatering solutions. With a strong track record in designing and managing deep well and wellpoint systems, she plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective ground preparation across all projects.
Eng. Rahaf Ayoub oversees safety compliance and quantity control for all dewatering operations at KTS. With a strong background in site safety protocols and cost management, she ensures every project meets regulatory standards while maintaining efficiency and precision in resource planning.
